Zali would be the realization of a dream, 30 yrs within the creating... in a very kitchen, in a house, in Beirut –a spouse and children that, the same as each other family on earth, was convinced that their mom’s cooking, website was the most effective.

Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mom and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived almost all of her existence in Lebanon. For so extensive, she liked testing her have recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't depart her house’s nest until eventually Zali provided her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown joy and keenness for cooking are for you personally and the globe to style!
