Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration

And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from comprehensive-time mother and grandmother to get more info whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived the vast majority of her lifestyle in Lebanon. For so prolonged, she beloved tests her personal recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't depart her house’s nest until Zali presented her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown joy and passion for cooking are in your case and the whole world to taste!

In all our dishes are flavors which have created the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You will take many of them again home!

We call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: a range of selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can invest in and check out. They are really prepared by our chef or made by farmers back property. “Mouneh”is often a Lebanese tradition of preserving foods over the seasons.
